US Returns

    We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not perfect, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

    What’s eligible

    Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused in sellable condition, with all tags (and hygiene liners, where applicable) attached.

    Sets & bundles: Sold-as-set items must be returned as a complete set.

    Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt is required.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear (makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, stains), damage, or missing components/packaging.

    What’s not returnable (Final Sale)

    Marked Final Sale, Last Chance, or 70% off+ markdowns

    Bodysuits, swimwear, intimates/hosiery with opened hygiene seals

    Earrings and piercings

    Gift cards and digital products

    Items marked non-returnable in the product description

    Select items to return.

    Choose a method: Happy Returns Drop-Off (no packaging needed) or Mail-in via the post office.

    Submit to receive a QR code (Happy Returns) or printable label (mail-in).Please submit separate returns for separate orders. Combining orders in one box delays processing.

    Costs & refunds

    Happy Returns Drop-Off: Typically free to you (best experience; no packaging required).

    Mail-in returns: A return shipping fee (e.g., $7.95) may be deducted from your refund if you use our label.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Refunds go to the original payment method. If a gift card/credit was used, that portion returns to store credit.

    Want to encourage exchanges? You can optionally offer free returns for exchanges or a bonus credit for store credit selections.

    Timing

    Drop-off (Happy Returns): You’ll get a confirmation email once the return is scanned; refunds typically appear 5–10 business days after we approve your item(s).

    Mail-in: You’ll receive a confirmation within 72 hours of carrier scan; allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to post (bank/issuer dependent).

    Exchanges

    Like-for-like exchanges are subject to inventory. If an exchange can’t be completed, we’ll process a refund per the policy above.

    Damaged or incorrect items

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

    International returns

    International customers may return eligible items within 30 days. Duties/taxes are non-refundable; return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

    Order security & abuse

    We monitor return activity and may deny returns or restrict service in cases of excessive returns, wear-and-return, or suspected fraud.
